There are 3 different units within this cottage: Front & Portside on the ground floor (2 people max. each), and Topside on the second floor ($25 additional per person above 2). All are heated. Topside has A/C in bedroom only. No A/C in Portside & Front.

The Moorings Inn Cottage Rentals offer plenty of space on a waterfront piece of property that is exceptional. The beauty of this location cannot be overstated. There is much on this part of Mount Desert Island to explore and is the ideal home base to utilize for venturing seaward to explore some of the smaller out islands.
